Hebrews 10:21
And having a great priest over God’s house.
Reflection
When we go into the presence of God, we do not go as strangers without a friend. The Bible says we have a “great priest over the house of God”. That great priest is Jesus.
He is the ruler of God’s family, and He knows you by name. He stands in heaven right now to speak for you and keep you safe. Because Jesus is in charge of the house, you belong there.

The Heart
We often feel like outsiders who do not belong in God’s holy family.

Lord Jesus, You are my Great High Priest. Thank You for welcoming me into the house of God and watching over my soul. Amen.
